If you have a problem with cussing by someone who has very good reason for doing it, don’t listen to the video.  I found this while wandering the net today and it made me stop and cry.  Crying is a good thing sometimes.  It flushes pain out so happiness can enter.

Take a moment and listen.

Edited to add: I don’t think I can emphasize enough how much I love this song. It’s not my usual genre, and I’m pretty sure a white chick in her mid forties is not the target demographic for the song, but in a lucky confluence, I found Lo So and the song Breathe on a day when I really needed it.

Over the couple of years this song has been hanging around on my website, I have gone back and listened to it dozens of times, and every time it moves me. Try it. You’ll like it.
