Making Fudge is Easy. Really.
I made five batches of fudge in two days this week. All of them turned out perfectly, and each was originally from a different fudge recipe, which I adapted. I learned how to make the Cheater’s Fudge recipe many years ago when my candy thermometer came up missing at fudge making time, and I had to improvise. It’s not actually a fudge recipe, but a fudge recipe template, which you can adapt to suit your needs. There are three steps to making this fudge: Boiling the base, melting in the add ins, and pouring the result into a pan for setting up. It’s that easy. And now:
